1. What the Website is

marketquants.in is a trading-education website and digital bookstore. We publish articles, guides, and data-driven educational material, and we sell ebooks in PDF format delivered by digital download. We are a technology and education company. We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and nothing on the Website is investment advice. Please read our Disclaimer — it forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website, subscribe to our emails, or purchase our products.

3. Purchases and payments

• ▸Ebook purchases are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
• ▸Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you complete payment.
• ▸After successful payment, we deliver a download link for your ebook. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Ebook licence

When you buy an ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not share, resell, republish, upload, or otherwise distribute the ebook or any substantial part of it. Each download link is issued for the purchasing customer only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or other users' data;
• ▸interfere with the Website's operation, including by transmitting malware or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• ▸misrepresent the Website's content as investment advice or redistribute it as tips, calls, or recommendations;
• ▸share purchased ebooks or download links with others.

6. No scraping or data mining

You may not access the Website or its data by any automated means — including scraping, crawling for data extraction, harvesting, bulk downloading, or data mining — and you may not extract, copy, or redistribute our data, statistics, or analytics, in whole or in part, whether manually or by automated means, without our prior written permission. Standard search-engine indexing of public pages is permitted.

7. Intellectual property, including derived data

All content on the Website — text, ebooks, graphics, logos, charts, and code — is the property of MarketQuants Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. In addition, all scores, statistics, indicators, composites, visualisations, and other analytics that our systems derive from market data ("Derived Data") are the intellectual property of MarketQuants Private Limited. You receive no rights in the Derived Data other than the right to view it on the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Content is provided "as is"

The Website and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketQuants Private Limited, its directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of the Website or its Content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater. You assume full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions and for any and all gains and losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website (including revoking download links) at our discretion if you breach these Terms — for example, by scraping our data or redistributing purchased ebooks. Where practical, we will notify you at your registered email.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through mediation. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration, and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
